Open Canva and sign in
Open an existing design or create a new one
Click Elements in the left sidebar
Search for table
Select a table from the results
Insert the table into your design
Resize the table as needed
Click inside the table to edit text
Add or remove rows and columns if available
Adjust colors, borders, and spacing as needed
Save or download your design
