Open Google Maps on your phone or computer
Sign in to your Google account
Search for your location or place
Right-click on the map or press and hold on mobile to drop a pin
Select the pinned location
Tap or click Add a missing place
Enter the place name, category, address, and other required details
Submit the location for review
Wait for Google to verify and publish it
If you want to add your business, use Google Business Profile
Go to Google Business Profile and sign in
Enter your business name and details
Verify your business by phone, email, postcard, or video
Complete the verification process to make it appear on Google Maps
