Turn off the irrigation system
Locate the sprinkler head you want to adjust
Clear away grass or dirt around the head
Check the spray pattern and direction
Rotate the nozzle to change the spray direction
Use the adjustment screw to reduce or increase spray distance
Turn the screw clockwise to reduce distance
Turn the screw counterclockwise to increase distance
Adjust the arc if the head is adjustable
Use the manufacturer’s tool or a small screwdriver if needed
Turn the system on and test the adjustment
Make small changes until coverage is correct
Replace any damaged or clogged nozzle if necessary
Refill soil or mulch around the head after adjustment
