Open the Fitbit app on your phone
Tap your profile picture or account icon
Select your Fitbit device
Check that your phone’s time and time zone are set correctly
Sync your Fitbit with the app
Restart your Fitbit if the time still looks wrong
Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then sync again
If needed, log out of the Fitbit app and log back in
Update the Fitbit app and device firmware
If the time is still incorrect, remove the device from the app and set it up again
