Tap Notifications
Turn off the notifications you want to stop
To stop syncing, turn off Bluetooth on your phone
To stop tracking, pause or remove the device from your account
To stop using the Fitbit app, force close or uninstall the app
To stop your Fitbit from vibrating, turn off alerts and reminders in device settings
To stop your Fitbit account, delete your account in the Fitbit app or website
