Open the Fitbit app on your phone
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Keep your Fitbit device nearby
Ensure your phone has an internet connection
Pull down on the app dashboard to start syncing
Wait for the sync to complete
If it does not sync, close and reopen the app
Restart your phone and Fitbit device
Check that your Fitbit is charged
Make sure the Fitbit app is updated
Remove and re-add the Fitbit device in the app if needed
