Open Gmail
Select the email or emails you want to archive
Click the Archive icon in the toolbar
On mobile, open the email and tap the Archive icon
Archived emails move out of the Inbox but remain in All Mail
To find archived emails, use the search bar or open All Mail
To unarchive an email, open it and click Move to Inbox
