Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
Shape meatball mixture into evenly sized balls
Place meatballs on the baking sheet with space between them
Lightly brush or spray with oil if desired
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for poultry or 160°F (71°C) for beef, pork, or lamb
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving
