Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper
Place the sausages on the tray in a single layer
Leave space between each sausage
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
Turn the sausages halfway through cooking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for pork or beef sausages, or 165°F (74°C) for poultry sausages
Remove from the oven
Let rest for a few minutes before serving
