Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
Lightly grease the baking sheet if needed
Mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, egg, seasoning, and any desired add-ins
Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs
Place the meatballs on the baking sheet with space between them
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Turn the meatballs halfway through baking if desired
Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F for beef or pork, 165°F for poultry
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving
