Open the TikTok app
Go to the profile of the account you want to block
Tap the Share icon or the three-dot menu
Select Block
Tap Block again to confirm
To unblock later, go to your profile
Open Settings and privacy
Tap Privacy
Tap Blocked accounts
Select the account and tap Unblock
