Measure the length, width, and thickness of the concrete area
Convert all measurements to the same unit
Calculate volume using the formula: Length × Width × Thickness
For slabs, use cubic meters or cubic feet as the unit of volume
For columns, beams, or footings, calculate each part separately
Add all individual volumes together
Include an extra 5% to 10% for wastage and spillage
Convert the final volume into the required concrete quantity unit
If needed, divide total volume by the volume of one concrete bag or mix ratio output
Verify the calculation before ordering or mixing concrete
