Sign in to your Canva account
Go to Settings or Account settings
Open Billing and plans
Select Canva Pro
Click Cancel subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation email
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store instead
If you subscribed through a third-party provider, cancel through that provider instead
