Open the printer queue from the printer icon or Settings
Select the stuck or pending print job
Click Cancel, Delete, or Remove
If needed, select all jobs and cancel them
Pause the printer, then cancel the jobs if they do not clear
Restart the Print Spooler service on Windows if the queue is frozen
Stop and start the printer service on macOS if the queue is frozen
Turn the printer off and on
Restart the computer if the queue still remains
Reconnect the printer and try again if the queue does not clear
