Choose cancel, reschedule, or modify appointment
Confirm the cancellation
Save or screenshot the cancellation confirmation
Call the clinic, pharmacy, or vaccination center if online cancellation is not available
Provide your name, date of birth, and appointment details
Ask for a cancellation confirmation number or email
Cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend
If the appointment was booked through a third-party platform, cancel there as well
