Turn off the gas supply
Close the keg coupler handle
Release the pressure from the keg system
Disconnect the gas line from the coupler if needed
Lift the coupler handle and remove the coupler from the empty keg
Remove the empty keg from the keg refrigerator or keg box
Place the new keg in position
Remove the cap or cover from the new keg
Align the coupler with the keg valve
Push the coupler down and lock it in place
Reconnect the gas line if disconnected
Turn the gas supply back on
Check for leaks
Open the faucet and pour until beer flows smoothly
Dispose of or return the empty keg
