Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap View Account
Tap Country/Region
Tap Change Country or Region
Select your new country or region
Agree to the terms and conditions
Enter a valid payment method and billing address for the new region
Tap Done
If needed, cancel active subscriptions and spend any remaining Apple Account balance before changing regions
