Open the Instagram app or website and log in
Go to your profile
Tap or click Edit profile
Select Personal information settings
Tap or click Birthday
Enter your correct date of birth
Save the changes
If prompted, verify your age with the required steps
If you cannot edit it, use the Help Center or account recovery options to request a birthday change
