Open the Instagram app
Tap your profile picture or profile icon in the bottom right
Tap Edit profile
Tap Change photo or avatar
Choose New profile photo, Import from Facebook, or Take photo
Select or capture the image you want
Adjust the photo if needed
Tap Done or Save
