Open the Instagram app and go to your profile
Tap Edit profile
Tap Personal information settings
Tap Email address
Enter your new email address
Tap Done or Save
Check your new email inbox for a verification message
Open the verification email and confirm the change
If prompted, enter your Instagram password to complete the update
