Open Facebook and sign in
Tap your profile picture (or your name) to go to your profile
Select Edit profile
Tap Name (or Personal details, then Name)
Enter your new name
Tap Review change (or Save)
Follow the prompts to confirm your change
Submit any required ID verification if Facebook asks
Wait for approval before the new name appears
