Open the Facebook app or go to Facebook in a web browser
Go to your profile
Tap or click your current profile picture
Select Update profile picture
Choose one of the options (Upload photo, Take photo, or Select from photos)
Upload or choose the photo you want
Adjust the crop/position if prompted
Tap or click Save or Confirm
If you want, choose who can see the new photo (audience options)
Review the updates to confirm the new profile picture is saved
