Open Instagram
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Open Accessibility or Theme settings if available
Choose Dark mode or Light mode
If using a device theme, change your phone’s display theme in system settings
Update Instagram to the latest version if color options are not visible
