Open your image in Photoshop
Select the object you want to change
Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation
Check Colorize
Adjust the Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders
Click OK
Or create a new Hue/Saturation adjustment layer
Use a layer mask to apply it only to the object
Refine the mask if needed
Save your file
