Open Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review the list of blocked numbers
Open Messages
Check the Unknown & Spam section if available
Open FaceTime
Review recent calls for blocked attempts
Use a third-party call-blocking app if installed
Check voicemail for blocked or unidentified callers
Contact your carrier for blocked call logs if needed
