How To Turn On Secure Boot?

Check your PC/laptop manufacturer and model

Enter UEFI/BIOS setup

Reboot the PC

Press the BIOS/UEFI entry key during startup (common keys: F2, F10, F12, Del, Esc)

In BIOS/UEFI, find the Secure Boot setting (commonly under Security, Boot, or Authentication)

Set Secure Boot to Enabled

If prompted, select Install/Load Default Secure Boot Keys (or similar)

If prompted, confirm that you want to enable Secure Boot and restart

Save changes and exit (commonly F10 Save & Exit)

Verify Secure Boot is enabled in BIOS/UEFI

In Windows, open System Information (msinfo32) and confirm “Secure Boot State: On”

If Secure Boot cannot be enabled, update BIOS/UEFI to the latest version and repeat the steps

If you use custom bootloaders, replace or re-sign them to be compatible with Secure Boot

If you use legacy/CSM boot mode, disable CSM/Legacy and switch to UEFI mode

Reboot after changes and re-check Secure Boot status
