Open the Phone app
Tap the Voicemail tab or voicemail icon
If prompted, set up voicemail first
Enter your voicemail PIN if required
Tap a voicemail message to listen to it
Use the playback controls to pause, rewind, or delete
Call your voicemail directly by long-pressing 1 on the dial pad
Check the notification shade for voicemail alerts
Open your carrier’s voicemail app if installed
Contact your carrier if voicemail is not available
