Ensure your UAN is active and linked with Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account
Log in to the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal
Go to the “Online Services” section
Select “Claim” or “Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D”
Verify your personal details and bank account details
Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account number for verification
Select the PF withdrawal claim type
Choose the reason for withdrawal if required
Upload any required documents if prompted
Submit the claim request using OTP verification
Track claim status in the EPFO portal under “Track Claim Status” or “Online Services”
