Remove any visible debris from the drain opening
Pour 1/2 cup of baking soda into the drain
Pour 1 cup of vinegar into the drain
Let the mixture fizz for 15 to 30 minutes
Flush the drain with hot water
Repeat if needed
Use a drain cover to help prevent future clogs
