Unplug the humidifier and empty the water tank
Disassemble removable parts
Rinse the tank and base with clean water
Fill the tank with equal parts white vinegar and water
Let the solution sit for 20 to 30 minutes
Swish the solution around the tank
Use a soft brush or cloth to scrub buildup
Clean the base and other removable parts with vinegar solution
Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water
Wipe dry with a clean cloth
Let all parts air dry completely
Reassemble the humidifier
Refill with fresh water before use
Clean the humidifier regularly to prevent mold and mineral buildup
