How To Clean Sneakers?

Remove laces and insoles (set aside to wash separately)

Knock off loose dirt with a dry brush or cloth

Mix warm water with a small amount of mild detergent

Spot-clean the uppers with a soft brush or cloth using the soapy water

For stubborn stains, use a paste of baking soda and water on the affected areas, then gently scrub

Wipe away soap residue with a clean, damp cloth

Clean rubber soles and midsoles with a brush and soapy water

For white soles, use a small amount of baking soda paste or a gentle whitening cleaner, then rinse

Rinse the brush/cloth and wipe again with clean water to remove detergent

Clean mesh/knit areas by dabbing gently (avoid soaking)

Clean leather or suede with products made for those materials (do not soak)

Wash laces in warm soapy water; rinse and air-dry

Wash insoles with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking; let fully dry

Stuff shoes with paper or a towel to help them hold shape and absorb moisture

Air-dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat

Once fully dry, reinsert insoles and re-lace
