Open Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Delete browsing data
Choose a time range
Check Cached images and files
Uncheck any items you do not want to delete
Click Delete data
Restart Chrome if needed
