Open Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Site settings
Click Pop-ups and redirects
Select Don’t allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects
To block pop-ups for a specific site, add it under Block
To allow pop-ups for a specific site, add it under Allow
