Turn on the Wii console
Open the SD card slot cover on the front of the console
Press the red SYNC button inside the SD card slot cover
Remove the battery cover from the Wii Remote
Press the red SYNC button inside the battery compartment
Wait for the lights on the Wii Remote to stop flashing
Replace the battery cover
Repeat the sync process for additional Wii Remotes
If needed, press the HOME button and select Controller Settings to reconnect from the Wii menu
