Turn off the dishwasher and remove the bottom rack
Locate the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher
Twist or lift the filter out, following the model’s removal method
Rinse the filter under warm running water
Use a soft brush or toothbrush to scrub away debris
Clean the filter housing and surrounding area
Check for trapped food particles and remove them
Reinsert the filter securely in place
Replace the bottom rack
Run a short cycle if needed to clear remaining residue
