Charge AirPods Max using the Lightning cable
Turn on Bluetooth on your device
Open the Bluetooth settings screen on your device
Press and hold the noise control button on AirPods Max until the status light flashes white
Select “AirPods Max” in your device’s Bluetooth list
If prompted, tap Connect and follow any on-screen prompts
If using iPhone/iPad/macOS: bring AirPods Max close to the device and follow the on-screen setup prompt
If you have multiple Apple devices: choose the device you want to connect in Bluetooth settings
To switch connections: pause audio, open Bluetooth settings, and select AirPods Max on the new device
