Gather cabinet handles, screws, drill, drill bits, screwdriver, measuring tape, pencil, level, and handle template
Choose the handle placement
Measure and mark the screw hole positions
Use a template for consistent spacing
Check marks with a level
Drill pilot holes through the cabinet door or drawer front
Insert screws from the inside of the cabinet or drawer
Align the handle with the screws
Tighten the screws with a screwdriver
Check that the handle is straight and secure
Repeat for each cabinet handle
Wipe away dust and pencil marks
