Open the Airtel Thanks app
Log in with your Airtel mobile number
Go to Help or Services
Select SIM/eSIM related option
Choose Convert to eSIM
Enter your email ID if asked
Confirm the request with OTP
Wait for the eSIM QR code on email or SMS
Open your phone settings
Go to Mobile Network or Cellular
Select Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan
Scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen activation steps
Restart your phone if required
Keep the old SIM active until eSIM activation completes
