Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Trim excess fat from the pork loin
Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels
Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or marinade
Oil the grill grates lightly
Place the pork loin on the grill over direct heat
Sear all sides for a few minutes until browned
Move the pork loin to indirect heat
Close the grill lid
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature in the thickest part
Remove the pork loin from the grill
Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Slice against the grain and serve
