Wash the bell peppers
Cut off the tops
Remove the seeds and white membranes
Slice, dice, or leave whole as needed
Heat a pan, oven, grill, or air fryer
Add oil, salt, and seasonings if desired
Cook until tender and lightly browned
Stir occasionally if pan-cooking
Roast at 400°F until softened if using an oven
Grill over medium heat until charred and tender if using a grill
