Place the frozen ground beef in a skillet or saucepan
Add a small amount of water to the pan
Cover the pan with a lid
Cook over medium-low heat
Break up the beef as it thaws
Stir and continue breaking it apart until fully thawed
Increase heat to medium
Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked
Drain excess fat if needed
Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F
Season and use as desired
