Pat the frozen steak dry if possible
Brush both sides lightly with oil
Season with salt and pepper
Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Cook for 7 to 9 minutes
Flip the steak
Cook for another 7 to 9 minutes
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer
Cook until it reaches your desired doneness
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing
