Pat pork loin chops dry with paper towels
Season both sides with salt and pepper
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
Add a small amount of oil to the skillet
Place the chops in the hot skillet
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on the first side
Flip the chops
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on the second side
Reduce heat to medium if the outside browns too fast
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Remove the chops from the skillet
Let the chops rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving
