Cut a pocket in each pork chop if not already stuffed
Prepare the stuffing mixture
Fill each pork chop with stuffing
Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed
Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
Sear the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side
Transfer the skillet to the oven
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Remove from the oven
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes
Remove toothpicks before serving
