Press tofu for 15 to 30 minutes to remove excess water
Cut tofu into cubes, slabs, or triangles
Pat tofu dry with paper towels
Toss tofu with a little oil
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or your preferred seasoning
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F to 400°F
Place tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Air fry for 12 to 18 minutes
Shake the basket or flip the tofu halfway through cooking
Cook until the tofu is golden and crispy
Serve immediately
