Cover the pan with foil or a lid
Roast for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on size
Baste occasionally with pan juices
Remove the foil or lid during the last 20 to 30 minutes for crispier skin
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Let the turkey legs rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
