How to Create Signature in Outlook 365?

Open Outlook 365

Click the Settings gear icon

Select View all Outlook settings

Go to Mail

Click Compose and reply

In the Email signature box, type your signature

Format the signature as needed

Choose whether to automatically include the signature on new messages

Choose whether to automatically include the signature on replies and forwards

Click Save

Compose a new email to confirm the signature appears
