Open Outlook
Go to File
Select Account Settings
Click Account Settings again
Choose the account you want to remove
Click Remove
Confirm the removal
Close and reopen Outlook
If needed, remove the account from Windows Mail or Outlook profile settings
If it is a Microsoft account, sign in to your Microsoft account page
Go to Your info or Security settings
Follow the steps to close the Microsoft account if you want to delete it permanently
