Select the text with the Selection Tool
Open the Type menu
Choose Type on a Path
Select a path or draw a line/shape to use as the curve
Click on the path with the Type on a Path Tool
Type or paste your text
Use the Direct Selection Tool to adjust the text position on the curve
Drag the start and end brackets to control where the text begins and ends
Use the Type on a Path Options to change alignment and effects
Flip the text to the other side of the path if needed
Adjust spacing, size, and baseline shift as needed
