Wash the pineapple
Cut off the top
Cut off the bottom
Stand it upright
Slice off the skin in strips
Remove any remaining eyes
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise
Cut each half into quarters
Cut out the tough core
Slice or cube the pineapple as desired
